With a rich background as an analytical chemist and over 20 years as a laboratory director, Bin brings a wealth of experience to his role as the CEO of BTSOFT. Holding a BS in Applied Chemistry from Wuhan University and an MS in Chemistry from Lamar University, his in-depth knowledge has been pivotal in creating BTLIMS, a lab management system informed by real-world laboratory needs. As your primary contact during our demo, Bin is eager to address all technical inquiries and guide you in selecting the ideal software for your laboratory.
Christopher Couch
VP of Sales
Christopher Couch, with over 20 years of experience in the commercial environmental laboratory sector, has a diverse background ranging from bench chemist to LIMS implementation project manager. His expertise expanded into Laboratory Informatics, where he dedicated 14 years to evolving from a sales engineer to VP of Business Development, skillfully leading business development teams. Before joining BTSOFT, Chris deepened his proficiency in laboratory informatics consulting, perfectly positioning him to drive BTSOFT’s sales strategies forward.
Ramesh Ayyalusamy
Operations Manager
With a Master’s in Computer Application from Bharathidasan University, Ramesh Ayyalusamy is a programming and development virtuoso who has dedicated 19 years to honing his skills at BTSOFT. As Operations Manager, he’s instrumental in evolving BTSOFT’s offerings for customer excellence. Ramesh is not only deeply knowledgeable about our products’ intricacies but is also committed to personalizing the user experience through hands-on training and technical support.
Victoria Littlepage
Customer Service Manager
Victoria brings a deep passion to her role as Customer Service Manager, driven by her desire to improve laboratory data management. Her extensive experience in NELAP accredited laboratories, spanning from technician and QA/QC roles to lab management, has honed her expertise in streamlining data flow and automating processes. Holding a BS Degree in Environmental Chemistry and armed with several successful state audits, she confidently guides laboratories towards improving productivity, efficiency and resource management.
